After doing enough yoga to get Paige to invite us into her home and talking to her about herself, the next button that's all your can press afterwards just advances the time. I was able to unstick myself by using the cheat menu to try to summon bianca which brought me back to the screen before but at the next stage. repeated talking to paige and attempting to summon bianca until I got the sex scene and was booted to the square outside.
