I got to Breedwell and signed up for one of the two options. But the game wont let me sign up for the other one.
Is it possible the get the other one?

You have to meet the requirements for getting the Breedwell email.
If you have a dick you have to sell a certain amount of sperm at the NT milker.
If you have a vag you have to give birth to a certain amount of kids.
Check the well-maintained wiki for the exact amounts.

You won't get an email a second time but the option for 'Induction' will become available.
