Lots and lots of Mino Charge*. This will also increase your refractory rate, meaning it takes less time to get Blue Balls. Refractory rate can be decreased with Uthra+.
Increasing the number of Testicles will also increase your capacity. The easiest is probably Laquine Ears. Equilibricum can also do it (and can theoretically get 6 or more).
Mitzi can give you the Opal Ring, but it cannot be removed (according to the Wiki). Kind of a strange design decision, but OK...

Is it possible to use Mino Charges without messing up my Femboy/Trap character? Went for a dommy femboy appearance wise who is hung and I'm not sure about how badly Mono Charge will undo my mods & tfs.
I will try increasing ball count & getting that ring from Mitzi, but can male/trap/femboy characters get that from her? Just curious.

If you have external testicles, 'Nuki Nutbutter can also help. Using it once gives you the 'Nuki Nuts perk, which allows you to continue producing cum when your balls would otherwise be full, and using it a second time gives the Cum Cascade perk, which greatly increases cum production upon ingesting cum that persists for the duration of the cumflation. Pretty badly. Unless you save-scum (or just save edit), you'll end up an 8' tall bull-man with 100% facial masculinity, a 2' horse penis, soccer ball-size balls (21.5 or so), 30 inch bull horns, bovine face, ears, feet and tail. And size 20 Hips and Butt for some reason. Also, Refractory Rate is the percentage of semen you generate in an hour. At 3100% you recover 31% of your semen each hour, which is kind of ridiculous, and you'll likely want to reduce it (100% is baseline). Especially if you aren't ejaculating 100% of your semen each time.
To undo the side effects of Mino Charge:
Horns can be removed with ReductPro.
Hight can be reversed by Strawberry Shortcake.
You probably already know about Twink-Ease. If you already have Perma-Cute you don't have to worry about facial masculinity/femininity changes.
Most everything else can be reverted with Terran Treats or your normal TFs.
Tone can be reverted by eating a bunch of Gryvain Jigglers.
Thickness can be reduced by Running or Swimming at the Ten Ton Gym on New Texas, or training Stamina with Ramis.
Laquine Ears has a Boost Cum effect (up to 30000 mLs), if Mino Charge has too many side effects for your taste. Incidentally, the 2' equine penis from Mino Charge qualifies you for Musky Pheromones from Laquine Ears, if you get 3 of Face/Arms/Legs/Tail (+Ears, which are guaranteed), if that's something you find appealing. Heck, if you're going 'dommy', you might want to pick up Alpha Scent from Lupinol (Lupine score does not have a genital requirement).
The Huge Cum Bubble just requires a certain amount of semen (between 10000 and 70000 mls). If you go over 70K mLs, you'll burst the bubble and won't get anything. Gender alignment doesn't matter.

If I choose to stop: 271100 mLs, so it doesn't use Probable Ejaculation. The 320,000,000 threshold seems to be the 'can't stop' number, not the 'break the machine' number.

At least on New Texas (line 1062, if you want to double-check me, @TheShepard256 I'd appreciate your input). If you would make more than 150 Credits, you break the machine if you continue (Comments say 50% chance, I don't see the code for that). You don't have to be ineligible for all Tier 3 to get Tier 4 Mino Charge transformations, but it does increase your chances. And without save-scumming, you will almost certainly have all Tier 3 by the time you have 300 Cum Efficiency.

Ah. I was just gong off the wiki, and I assumed "tier-ordered transformations" meant "to be eligible for TFs from one tier, you must have all the TFs from all lower tiers". What you said makes much more sense, especially for minor things like masculinity.
I know. The actual threshold is 150 credits worth of cum to get the chance to either break the milker, or pull out if you're below 320,000,000 mL. I probably should've pointed that out, but I didn't because I struggled to think of a concise way to do so without it being awkward.
