So I mad a new game and found this in Victor's email to you "-especially anything from any alien princesses wanting to marry you. Always a scam, trust me. Except for that one time on Revenna VII... how is old Breathicia doing, anyway?" does anyone know anything about this? It seems that it would be a funny story.

Not beyond what the email's text implies: Victor kept falling for spam/phishing/etc. messages about alien princesses wanting to marry him, but one of them turned out to be genuine, and he winded up marrying princess Breathicia of Revenna VII because of it. So, I guess we'll just have to resort to theory-crafting.
For some reason, the name "Breathicia" seems to me like an appropriate name for a member of an aquatic or amphibious species - sparadat, maybe? The only other possibilities I can think of is that Revenna VII is an ausar- or kaithrit-dominated world, since ausar societies are typically monarchies, kaithrit societies don't have an associated government style (so it's quite possible some are monarchies), and all the other races/societies I know of are either non-monarchical, too recently discovered, or too isolationist to allow a human to marry into their royal family.
