Greetings, I wished to ask everyone what they were using on their champions, and how they fared against the Floof-bosses.

I had realized too late that I had easy mode turned on (so I could get my under leveled companions up to 5 with me) for the Floof boss rush, and had to restart all over again. I wished to detail my experiences, and document my findings for everyone.

Note: I fed the forest floofs multiple times. And sexed the Foxwife until she has 9 tails.

Character, Abilities, and companions
Wyld elf. Starting bonuses:
+1 to Agility, Will, and Presence.
STR: 8
AGI: 13
WIL: 9
TGH: 13
CUN: 10
PRS: 13
Class Changed to Theif

Song of Courage
Shadow Strike
Steady Strike
Garrote
Unbreakable

Allies: Cait and Atugia

Equipment and Preparations
Galon's Greifmaker
Helm of Heroes
Amulet of Union (32+ kits)
Cloak of Wintwr
Witch's Corset
Silk Corset
Silk Thong
Champions Belt
Arm Length leather gloves
Winged Sabatons
Rogues ring (just for evasion)
Wizard Ring

Have crystal grenade, kael's Tears, Winterstems, Remedies, and Blood Iris'.

Prep work: made a camp in front of floof tree. Fast traveled back to town and WAITED until 2100. Ate trail rations. Slept after. Petted Daughter but didnt visit floof-wife. Drank apple cider. Fast traveled back. SKIPPED/RAN AWAY FROM EVERY ENCOUNTER TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE TREE. EVEN FRIENDLY ONES.

Reasoning for everything

Was a Charmer, swapped to Rogue for the passives. With Agility adding to my resistances, drinking apple cider makes me fairly resistant to a lot of weird effects.

And I'm expecting weird effects, these are boss floofs afterall.

Cait and Atugia's passives I wanted for even MORE resistances on top of what my armor was giving me.

The order of eating, sleeping, and drinking is important, as it allows you to keep all passives from yourself and the party, for the duration of the dungeon. Getting wellfed takes a bit of time, and since it lasts for 24 hours, I get that on first before sleeping.

The camp is there for me to masterbate, in the event i get blue balled before going in.

With everything above, I felt like I could take em on.

My BASIC strategy for combat:
Turn 1, Song of courage. Party set to AI
Turn 2, Garrote to prime targets for bonus rogue damage. Party set to AI
Turn 3, Steady Strike, as a sneak attack with a greatsword should cleave a SIZABLE chunk of health.
Turn 4, manual control to do damage control, and to get setup for another combo. All ults in reserve for critical moments

How it actually went down. Spoilers.

Encounter 1
Turn 1: as planned.

Technofox summoned stuff. Ignored them for now.

Turn 2. As planned.

Atugia killed a summon able to have it instantly replaces.

Dead before champion's 3rd turn.

Between Cait and Atugia, they focused down the Technofox without prompting. I was going to ignore all summonables, but they weren't much of a threat.

Took zero damage, got temp hp for the whole fight. Took zero resolve damage.

Encounter 2

Turn 1: as planned.

Worried about Samurai Floof's counter stance. He landed a crit on me that dropped me down to half hp.

Turn 2: fatfingered my phone while trying to go to manual.

Hit auto, and the AI garrote Samurai Floof. Bypassed his counter and successfully silenced him. Cait topped me off health wise.

Turn 3: paranoid that I'd miss with steady strike, went with shadow strike.

Scored a N A S T Y crit and brought him down to 30 hp. He responded by Yelling me out of my stance, and sundering my armor. I'm at 50%hp. Win or lose, next turn will be the last.

Defeated before champions 4th turn.

Game provided me the option of using Cait's ultimate, or using Kael's tears. Used the ultimate as it will regenerate. I regret not using Unstoppable when I was brought low the 2nd time. I dust off my pride and prepare to sing the song that Ends the Samurai

Killed before champions 5th turn

Atugia was apparently VERY UPSET that the person she was guarding dropped like a whorish sack of potatoes. She hits, crits, and kills Samurai floof before ANYONE acts.

Encounter 3

Holy Kitty is O F F E N D E D

Turn 1: superparanoid with double bosses. Immediately set to manual. Set my stances.

Turn 2: spirit veil on myself. Garrote on miko.

Mai did something that emptied her entire resolve bar. Unsure of what, but ima hit her. Atugia directed to use Echos of Life, only hit Miko... doing me a concern. Mai blinded the whole party.

Turn 3: directed Atugia to use Ancestral Judgement, mai is COMPLETELY UNTARGETABLE, she then staggered the whole party. I get ready to pop both mine and atugia's ults incase it's a trap.

Turn 4: holy slut kitty YEET the Sun. Miko is down... and I'm victorious? I think this was a bug, but yay I win?

Extra

God Floof informed me that "TheObserver is too busy to give me fox wife. And to come back when I'm less of a boring thot."

Exact quote.

I kinda trounced all the fights with a full Charmer offensive. I didn't expect it to work nearly as well as it did. And if anyone was still standing when all my stuff was on CD, I had a full stack of that lightning stone to share with the enemies. I don't think any Ultimates even ended up getting used. It was just me, Cait, and Brienne.

My test build was the same one I use for pretty much everything since 0.1. I knew ahead of time what each boss's gimmick was, obviously, so I adjusted my powers to be mostly spells to get around Weebssword's bladeblock. That didn't go as well as I thought it would; need to buy better wizard powers. Otherwise my default power set pretty much saw me through the whole thing. Had Cait and Brint with me (as is usual for testing things, since they're the basic bitch pair). I ended up using my Assassinate ult against the artificer, and Brint's bull rush against weebsword.

Wyld Elf, Thief, Noble Scion
STR 12
AGL 13
WIL 11
TGH 6 lol
CNG 14
PRS 7

Attack Power: 56 / Spellpower 43
Accuracy +13
Armor Pen: 22
Crit Chance: 24 (this is the important thing)

Primary: Spiraled Blade
Head: Hoplon Helm
Neck: Ward Amulet
Shoulders: Hirrud's Cloak
Armor: Leather Coat
Underpants: N/A
Waist: Champion's Belt
Hands: Gauntlets
Feet: Winged Sabatons
What Rings u got bihtc: Wizard's Ring, Rogue's Ring

At-will: Heal
Rec1: Dirty Trick (swapped to Cleave for rangers fight)
Rec2: Shadow Strike
Enc: Dastardly Trick
Ultimate: Assassinate

The the Blade Block fight I pretty much swapped all of my main powers for spells: Whitefire, Fireball, whatever the wizard at-will is irc, and Flame Spirit. Flame Spirit turned out to get owned in one hit lol. That was not a good power setup and Cait ended up dying and I had to trigger Brint's ult or I'd have bad ended :X

Judging by the responses, the primary problem is that the bosses are not surviving long enough to be able to even engage their AI tactics. This is not completely surprising as we've just made some major changes to how damage mitigation works and we need to see how things shake out, especially if people are not being motivated to use their ultimates. We're considering toning up some of their survivabilities, especially artificer Kazuo, who is supposed to be the tankiest boss in HP terms. Nakano seems to be in a good spot where he is right now.

Most people are not having problems with the dungeon as-is, but at the same time we don't want to tone things up TOO high. Further observation is required.

I did no changes for the dungeon. Companions were Cait and Atugia.

Stats and class:
Max Strength, Agility and Willpower. Spiced wine for max Thoughness.
Starting points: +3 to Willpower.
Class: Black mage, because I didn't have enough monies to change it after buying a new ultimate and new gear due to the item rebalance.

Powers:
At-will: Bolster Dance
Rec1: Group Heal
Rec2: Shield of Light
Enc: Dastardly Trick
Ultimate: Inspiration

Gear:
Primary: M. Wand
Secondary: Wicker Shield
Head: Witch's Hat
Neck: Ward Amulet
Shoulders: Hirrud's Cloak
Armor: Leather Jerkin
Top: Linen Tunic
Bottom: Silk Thong
Waist: Champion's Belt
Hands: Arm Guards
Feet: Thigh High Leather Boots
Rings: 2x Wizard's Ring

Reasoning:
Trying to deal damage faster than the enemy doesn't sound like a good plan when it only has to defeat the pc to win, the defeat of a party member slows you down and all companions have a thing for inaccurate powers, so Mourinho playstyle it is.

Equip a shield to block crits, repeatable defensive buffs and heals that covers all bases, bring the cat because she (supposedly) revives you with her ultimate. No companion wears a shield, so here comes group heal - it can heal characters with 0 HP, just in case someone gets critted and dies. Dastardly Trick is there to reliablily snipe things in fights against multiple enemies and quickly gain numerical advantage.

What I did:
1st fight:
Started with Shield of Light and other defensive buffs, then Cait and Atugia missed their attacks four times in a row, so I switched to teasing because even their non-lust-focused builds have more Sexiness than Accuracy.

2nd fight:
HP Defensive buffs, then spam tease, heal when needed.

3rd fight:
Bolster Dance and other buffs, spam tease on Miko, attack and Cait's fire spells on Mai, heal when needed.

No party member was close to being defeated. No ultimates or consumables were used.

There's currently a bug in which all enemies are not using anything but their basic attacks.

Try again later once we push out a hotfix.

Downloaded it again and did another run with the same satup.

First fight was about the same.

During the second one the samurai guy managed to bring Cait's Hp down to 50% when he hit her with three buffs on him (not a crit). This was the closest to being ko'd someone from the group was through the three fights.

The third fight took longer because I accidentally ko'd Miko with a crit for 49 tease damage when Mai still had too much Hp and she revived her.

You know what, I'm actually fine with this. Given the proclivities of the playerbase this looks to be just about right given discord feedback, especially since a huge swathe of content is gated behind this.

There was a guy who recently did a level 1 run of TiTS, so more power to you guys.
