Hi, I didn't want to post this as a bug yet in case it was just me not understanding how the systems worked, but I have been playing the game for a bit, and got the Aegis LMG, and was using it in the hopes that the Bonus Hit Rate would translate to occasional double attacks, which is a behavior I thought I experienced with the gun both before and after Fenoxo made the changes to the Tech Specialist's abilities around the time that they added level 10 to the classes (so way back when, maybe over a year ago?).
At any rate, I recently came back and downloaded the new version, and am running a melee-focused TS, with a decent melee weapon and the Aegis LMG (I also tried this with the chaingun, for reference). I have never seen a double-attack, or at least, it's not displayed as such in the combat screen like it used to be, or like it does for my double-attack melee strikes. I also managed to acquire the SMG, which IIRC used to be able to roll up to 3 attacks per turn, but that did not trigger either.
Obviously my physique is high enough to use the weapon (around 42 last I checked). It's not the highest, but that was never a qualification in the past to use the hit rate bonus.
I'm mostly wondering if someone knows how this system works, and if either my game is just bugged or I'm not understanding how it's used/triggered and I'm just missing something. Hence why I did not post a bug report, because it's not immediately clear that it's a real bug vs. a systems problem with my gameplay.
