So noticed that the games blackjack dealer behaves kind of weird if the sum of its first two cards is below 17.

"Roo expertly shuffles the deck with a wink and a smile. It’s time to play!

You draw: seven of diamonds and queen of diamonds.
Value: 17 .

The dealer draws: facedown card and jack of diamonds.
Visible Value: 10

Do you hit or stand? (Hitting draws a new card.)
Betting: 1000 credits.
Overall Winnings: 0 credits.

You keep your current hand: seven of diamonds and queen of diamonds.
Value: 17

The dealer draws a card: jack of hearts.
Dealer’s hand: facedown card, jack of diamonds, and jack of hearts.
Visible Value: 20

Dealer goes bust! You win! The facedown card is flipped to reveal a three of clubs for a total of 23."

So based on what I understand about blackjack the dealer is supposed to flip the facedown card first, check the current value it has and then decide if it draws another card depending on its current value.

Instead it seems the game's system checks the dealer's current value before revealing the facedown card and if it is under 17 it draws another card without revealing the facedowncard. The number displayed as visible value is calculated as the sum of the first and the newly drawn card instead of the first two cards the dealer draw at the beginning of the game. Only then does it reveal the facedown card and add it to the dealer's total value.

That leads to the weird behaviour I quoted above. The game should have gone like this instead:

The facedown card is flipped to reveal a three of clubs for a total of 13.
Dealer’s hand: three of clubs, jack of diamonds.
Visible value: 13
The dealer draws a card: jack of hearts for a total of 23.
Dealer goes bust! You win!

So what do you guys think? Is the dealer's behaviour incorrect? Should I make a bug report about it?

Here is another example:
"You keep your current hand: six of spades, two of hearts, two of clubs, and nine of clubs.
Value: 19

Dealer stands: seven of hearts and nine of hearts.
Value: 16

You win!"

Correct me if I am wrong but isn´t the dealer supposed to stand at a value of 17 or more not 16?

Okay so the next one is clearly an error. First the dealer decided to reveal it's facedown card and stand card before I finished hitting. Second even though I already hit 21 the game still allows me to hit instead of declaring me the winner.

Because you're not the only person at the table playing against the dealer. If anyone ever stays their hand, the dealer has to reveal the card. Its just for the sake of convenience that the game is only showing you and the dealer.

But also, most casinos will show the hole card (dealer's face down card) when everyone goes bust, generally as a sign of good faith and to cut down on talk of cheating.
