The Leave scene at Bizzy's place always uses Bizzy's nude bust, regardless of whether she was nude prior. I know she's a bit of an exhibitionist, but this still seems like an odd way to say farewell.
This occurs on both the flat chest and titty kitty paths, at all chest sizes (except her biggest, since she's always nude then). I don't remember this happening before she starts wearing outfits other than the one you meet her in. (edit: it does)
