What it says on the tin. I went to Bianca at her town location on Mhen'ga in order to buy some medical supplies and up my relationship with her, but she has Kelly's stock for some reason.

This is a pretty common bug - sometimes merchants will just happen to display the inventory of a previously-visited merchant instead of their own.
Most of the time, the workaround is a simple issue of closing and re-opening the store. The trouble here is compounded because you can't view Bianca's wares at will.
