Bhakar's initial meeting has no options to advance, locking the player in the scene.

I encountered the same thing. Hitting 'previous' to back up doesn't let you back out of it either.

i can also confirm meeting him is locking up the game, for a temporary fix if you have an older version of the game or have access to backer builds you can revert to that older version and get his meeting out of the way and he works seemingly fine when you go back up to current game build i don;t really mess around with npc to much so i can't speak for his scenes, also a little busy with a new pc and just filling out crew
