So, people probably don't whore themselves out at the place (though I'm not sure), potentially because it's relatively low in earnings, has a cooldown timer, and is limited only to pure female characters or "trap" characters (who also get less money than the female characters aside from the "room" and "mouth" options), but that's not what I want to talk about.
You can get a license to get a higher amount of money, and apparently you could get a license before engaging with the whoring if you have used all 4 body parts to tease at least once, which lets you skip the "hands" whoring and just do "mouth" whoring. Alternatively, you can do "hands" whoring twice and then "mouth" whoring once to get the license.
However, teasing was changed a while back along with wide changes to the sexiness of clothing and the introduction of resolve. No longer can you level up teasing, which pretty much just means a slower start for this already pretty slow method of gaining money. So, in my personal opinion, not that major.
Thing is, there's also a list of criteria that increases how much money you make. Fulfilling each criteria grants a bonus to how much money is made each time you whore yourself out. Two of those criteria are having a tease level for each of the 4 parts at level 30, and having the tease for each part be at level 100. This does have a more negative effect on it. Assuming its the "rooms" whoring, which has a base earnings of 170, and given that you need a license for it so you get 80% of the money from it, and given that the requirement to start with hands means that you'll have whored out 8 times before, the "initial earnings" (assuming that all 5 of the random chances to provide a bonus to the "base earnings" either does not give a bonus or gives a bonus of 0 credits) for if all of the criteria aside from the tease level is 441, as opposed to 526 if the tease level conditions were filled. So, respectively, you'd earn either 353 credits 421 credits.
Both of those are pretty low values, but the lack of those tease levels make it even worse to use it. Of course, letting an extremely early-game area give you thousands of credits every few hours is not particularly balanced, but still, it's functionally worthless as a method of attaining credits even though it's got stuff to increase credit gains. And also the removal of tease levels have hampered it further.
