Sice the orian wiki is down i have problemss fidning everything

Not looked over it thoughtfull but with lack of orian wiki you can look here for answers to your question.

I don't know specifics, but i think the blacksmith and tailer in the Tel'adre shops have descriptions for the items that might say if they upgrade your Tease to Seduce
