Best build as a Bimbo?

I'm planning to go full bimbo route for a new run, taking the treatment from New Texas and become a bimbo she cow. Aside from the typical tease strategy to win battle, what else is best for this build (because I know there's enemies unaffected by Teasing in the game). Is the usual max Aim / Strength still viable?

Pretty much. You still have all your Class Perks.
So long as you have Fuck Sense, all your Class abilities that run off Intelligence will switch to Libido if higher.
Note: Only Class abilities. Other checks still use Intelligence.
