This is just an idea I had. So the gist of it is that Berwynn has been experimenting with enchantments and discovers a way to "program" an amulet (or ring) to hold any combination of enchantments. Additionally, for a small fee, He can change the enchantments to something else.
You can select any two enchantments that you want. Berwynn can do almost all common types of enchantments but can't do the crazier special effects found on some items. The number of enchantments raises to three (if you accept a malus) once you complete Mathia's Revenge. You can stack two of the same enchantments but stacking enchantments does slightly reduce their effectiveness. This stacking reduction is reduced by again completing Mathia's Revenge.
