In one of her date options, I'm having trouble triggering the party option, and I already did the hypnotism about 4 times but still I can't get the date-party option to become available, can someone help??

You need to do at least three different experiments with her to unlock that option. Though getting the Sub-Tuner itself counts towards that, so really you only need to do two of the Tentacles, Exhibitionism and Hypno experiment scenes.

Fun fact. If you have Sera as a slave on your ship, she ends up at the party.
