Badger+Treatment Tease Build vs "Normal" Builds

(Disclaimer: I haven't played the game after the LVL 8 update, and I don't have much experience in Myrellion. I apologize if my knowledge is lacking.)

So in most of my play-throughs, I focused on Tease attacks since they're the only attacks (as far as I know) that improve on subsequent use.

Regardless of class, I basically just dump my stats into everything but intelligence and willpower (usually focusing on whatever the class's offensive stat is), and later, I decide to "be a hero" with Badger and then undergo the Treatment.

This leaves me with godly Tease attacks from the transformation perks, and because I dumped my stats into physical attributes, I can switch to normal attacks when fighting robots or other non-tease-able enemies.

The obvious downside of this route is that you have literally no intelligence, making most active skills basically unusable. I read in the change-logs that intelligence's affect on skills has been buffed, so this might make this build less useful.

As for class, I never really know which one to pick. I usually avoid Tech Specialist since those are intelligence-based, but the shields are always nice. I mostly have used Smuggler for the Lust Grenade skill (which I never actually used) and the evasion, and I haven't gotten far with any Mercenary builds, though from what I can tell they've got good bulky endurance.

So my questions are:

Are Badger+Treatment Builds viable in Myrellion?

Are "normal" builds (basically any build besides this tease build) superior to this build now?

Which classes are the best for this build?

Yes.

Probably.

Mercenary has the least Int-based stuff, not that it really matters if you're not using the skills.

Why not get upsides of both?

1)Clear M'henga while saving about half of level-up stat points. Get Treated in the process. Dispense points into Willpower.

Dr. Badger is arguably a determent even for a character with built around Tease. 'Easy'  perk can be a bitch and +15 to max Lust is negligible.

2)Raise Intelligence with Syri.

3)Grind other stats periodically in Gym.

3)Be Imba.
