I've made a couple that aren't on the wiki: one where you run into a Nyrean Alpha in the Deep Caves and lose too many times, and one where you become public property on New Texas (have to be a treated Female taur, though).

Be a Treated femtaur and have had sex with Big T at least once. Go for the Public Use option a few times and you'll be offered a prompt. Should be obvious from there.
