Molten Blast - Recharge 3. Fire damage and inflits one turn of Sundered (even on a miss)
Crackling Cloud - Recharge 2. Grants one turn of Obscurement, deals Storm damage and inflicts one turn of Blinded and Staggered
Roaring Storm - Encounter/Stance. Deals Storm damage on activation, while maintained you get +25 Accuracy and Spellpower and all enemies take Storm damage on your turn.

They replace the original three Level 2 Powers when you level up but you can still learn the original ones from Ivris via training.

The new Ultimate is Abjure, which removes beneficial conditions from the target and inflicts three turns of Stunned, or instakills Ethereal/Construct-type enemies. It replaces Banishment in the training/level up lists but it won't replace the latter if you've already learned it, requiring you to train to get it in that instance.

I suppose there could be some edge case where yeeting an enemy for two rounds (rather than stunning for three turns) is more useful but for the most part there's no real reason to keep using it instead of Abjure.

Thank you.
