It hasn't occurred to me until recently when I decided to look for her, but so far even after skipping days in a single spot her ship never appears.

Thing is I have encountered her on Tavros on the update she came out on. It's the builds afterwards I began to notice she is not around.
EDIT: Found the problem this was a save where I had to backtrack to a point where I havent met Carmelita in the Tavros Bar. False Alarm. If the mods would be so kind as to move this thread. That would be nice.
