Hey guys! I've been a bit confused on exactly which site/location I would go to to pledge in order to get the more constant updates. Not to mention I just want to help out.

Can someone please detail the process of doing this properly? Thank you in advance for the help!

Well, if you want to pledge, there is patreon:

https://www.patreon.com/user?u=121401

If you want more content you can help by writing some yourself and if it's good and meets the rules it might be added into the game. The team is always looking for new writers and content comes as fast as people can write, so more writers means more and more frequent content.

FTFY

Fen doesn't even write anymore cuz he's too busy reviewing and coding other people's submissions.

There used to be a way to submit a one time payment (US$20 when I did it a couple years ago) via some site like paypal but not, unsure if that's still available. You could try PMing Fen about that option.

Yup, that's how I got backer status myself. Course that method you had a to wait like a few weeks in order for it to go through.

Kinda feel bad for him, honestly. We seriously need more people willing to handle the coding. There's so much being written the devs just can't keep up!

Coding is boring for most people and on top of that it's not easy either. Still, I do try to code my own stuff.

The one way of one time payment of getting backer status was made with use o bitcoins/dogcoin or similary things. And it costed I think only 15$ not 20$ to get it (2-3 years ago ^^). Now 99% new backers getting thour patreon. Rest 1% is either other ways or contibuting to game with enough new content to get that status.

Would that not be a good indicator that, perhaps, he should slow down on user submissions?

Well, as long as the stuff is good, does it matter who writes it? Besides, if you have one guy writing and one guy coding, stuff gets faster in game than if you're doing both.

It doesn't.

Edit: But even if the stuff is really good, it might be stuff I'm not very interested in, or it's a fetish I'm not into.
Woider, not being mean here, that sounds a wee bit like entitlement.

Fen finds time when he can to write or code based on his whims, I'm sure. Yes, maybe a couple more hands in the machine could help, but as it is now it seems like nothing is backing up/close to breaking.

Yeah, you're probably pretty spot-on with that. Not like I do much more than being a nuisance, anyway. I don't write stuff, I'm not a backer, wouldn't really blame him for not giving a toss about what I think, either.

I just coded something that was written last year.

He just codes what he wants to based on my observation. It might be something he just wrote, something he reviewed that tickled his fancy, or something from the backlog.

For completeness, the other, no longer available option to Backer status was the Offbeatr campaign. It was (It went out of business in February 2016) a Kickstarter for Porn. Fen ran a campaign for it years ago with several stretch goals, the last one hit IIRC was Yammi. I think it even got some coverage in games media. I remember one YouTube news piece about it.

Yeah TiTS got quite a following in game media due to it being one of the more popular Offbeatr campaigns, and successful as well.

I wouldn't mind helping with coding if I knew how to code. That's the other thing, writing seems to be such a smaller hurdle to jump if you don't know anything about coding.

Back to OP though, if you want the latest and greatest of what TiTS has to offer, you'll want to donate at least $5 a month on patreon
