My understanding of the Circlet of clarity is that it is supposed to give characters with low cunnng the cunning personality as long as they aren't cum filled in some way. With that said, I've been testing it and it doesn't apear to do so. Here's a list of scenes I have found so far that are not altered while wearing the circlet:
The easiest one to test and repeat that I've found is the first one. The bimbo functionality of the circlet seems to be working just fine though.
Context: My character is a hermaphrodite, but my understanding is that items like this work off of gender assignment not sex.
