Autofellatio fully heals my character's HP and I can't replicate it

Title. This character is a cumcow smuggler with auto-autofellatio and dumb4cum. I tried making another character with almost identical perks and it didn't work. This doesn't seem to be documented so I assume it is a bug. If not it needs documentation. I have attached the save file.

Edit: yes it also has autofellatio queen but that it supposed to recover energy, not HP. Having it recover HP is kind of game breaking.

Autofellatio Queen - Allows you to recover energy by drinking your own seed.

That's what I thought too, but those (by description) should recover energy when autofellating, not HP.

If you are still interested in this, I figured out what enables self-healing autofellatio.
It's a combination of 4 things.

* Of course, having a long enough penis to perform autofellatio.
* Auto-autofellatio perk. Just this one. Autofellatio Queen is not needed for the healing. Auto-autofellatio will also need to have values 1 and 2 set. They appear to be set to a random number when the perk is activated, and the perk will activate the next time the character rests if the perk is owned but the values are 0. I have no idea what these two values do. They do not affect the chances to heal or the amount healed.
* Treated flag. The values do no matter. As long as the flag is active it will work.
* Cum-cow flag.

I tested editing the save of a brand new character and it worked right away.

A long time ago I was also getting healed before perks and treatment by having a certain type of cum, honey I think, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. It may have been fixed.
