so i have the perk on but when i go to masturbate it doesn't show up in the options to pick from so why does this happen?

OH, I remember this was talked about before recently, I think. That should be way long enough, but I think the issue was even if you have the flexible perk and a long enough donger, I don't think an auto-fellatio masturbation scene was written (yet), as far as I know anyways.
What I did was make the dick longer. Into the 30s and I got the option. Thank you for trying to help me out.

1) the flexibility perk does nothingOh, didn't realize there actually was a scene written, so I was right the first time
2) the donger needs to be exactly, at least 1/3 of the characters height for the scene to be available (meaning OP's character is 90 inches tall)
3) You don't need a perk to be able to autofallate, however the cum cow variant of the Treatment has a few perks that effect the act and have their own sepparate version of the scene.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I think I was totally thinking about the discussion about the flexibility perk from before. I still have quite a bit to learn about the game lol.
I have recently made changes that may appear in the next release (if not already), where the auto-fellatio checks will take flexibility into account, which overrides the length vs height comparisons (assuming the scene is not specifically length related). Flexible bodies include those that have the Flexibility perk or have a Gel/Goo body. Otherwise, both the length and the character's tallness effect the requirements, so if your character did have the option before, it could be that the penis shrank or the character grew taller (as the penis' length and body's height are independent of one another).
Since we're on the subject, was Auto-Autofellatio ever fixed? I remember this discussions many months back
I've had Auto-Autofellatio trigger on me in the past but I haven't had the scene trigger recently in what must be hundreds of in-game days. So I'm assuming it was fixed at one point but it's somehow become broken again.

Not sure if Auto-Autofellatio is what you meant, OP, but that's a scene that triggers automatically on rest (with some RNG, maybe).

Auto-Autofellatio only triggers on Rest, so if your character isn't resting, it can't check for it. The chances are random and may be higher depending on the days since the last event (7-day cooldown for voluntary, 3-day cooldown if it happened automatically).
Good to know, thanks. How do we get flexibility? I've seen it in the save editor, but not in the game and I don't see it on the wiki's perk lists.
It was in Catnip, but was actually disabled--it has recently been enabled for the item along with the autofellatio check.
To be fair I'm pretty sure you if going by more realistic logic don't even NEED to have a dick as big as a third the size of your body to even suck yourself off anyways if I could remember correctly. You needed to be flexible enough to even do it (And ofc a dick long enough to reach but NOT EXACTLY THAT LONG), because trying otherwise can have you end up with a hurt back after a while.

Lots seem to want to do it, but the fact that you need a HYPERDONG to even get the option to do it is rather frustrating itself because come on not everyone wants that just for one scene. Not even CoC required that.

Seconded. I wanted to make a character with nuki nuts and honeypot, so she can let her balls get big then suck herself off to make her boobs grow. But even at five feet tall, this character needs a 20" dick for autofellatio. I'm not going to make her too big to fuck some of my favorite NPCs just for a fun set of perks. I haven't researched people who can suck their own dicks IRL, but I'm pretty sure they're not all packing almost two feet of dong.

For PC that not have this perk... this 1/3 req. should be slight lowered to maybe 1/4th or 1/5th. Unless PC body is tf'd to be quite stiff normal human will bee able to auto fellation earier than cock 1/3th of his tallness.

Well after some more testing I still can't get the scene to trigger. I've slept in my ship for about 30 in-game days and no trigger. I've also tried resting outside the ship for several days and no Auto-Autofellatio scene. This is on a character I've used the save editor to give the 'Dumb4Cum' and 'Auto-Autofellatio' perks since they didn't receive them from the Treatment.
To try and rule out save editing as a potential problem causer I'm also trying to test on a new character and gain the relevant perks through the Treatment. It's being a bit awkward so far since the chances of getting the mentioned perks are quite slim it seems. I must have gone through the Treatment over a dozen times now and the 'Dumb4Cum' and 'Auto-Autofellatio' perks seemingly refuse to proc. According to the wiki, at the end of the treatment, Dumb4Cum has a 50 percent chance to be acquired and Auto-Autofellatio has a 66 percent chance. My experience so far makes me think this is inaccurate. Still, a weird choice to make two TF defining perks have a further percent chance to be gained on top of a TF that has a percent chance to trigger also.
The idea is that a Cum-Cow is so enamoured with their own penis that they'll attempt to fellate it without realising. In-game this means that if you go for too long without autofellatio, the scene will be triggered automatically at some semi-random time.
The event only triggers on rest, not sleeping or waiting. If the character had recently attained the perk, but hadn't seen the event yet, it should trigger on the first rest automatically.
Also, make sure your character has:
- A penis with a length that is at least 1/3 the character's height (or 1/6 if it is prehensile)
- A genital location at the waist
I have personal experience with someone that can autofellate and they were 8 inches at most, and about six foot tall (both of those are estimated but should be pretty close). BTW not everyone wants a hyper dong JUST for that scene. A lot of us want a hyper dong for other reasons as well, this reason is the only one that is REALLY difficult for people to get their heads around though because apparently they don't teach proportions in school anymore.
