Atugia showing up on day 3

Is it because of halloween or just a bug with the current version? She consistently shows up on the third day and it’s an instant trigger if I step out of the tavern or return to town. I tried deactivating seasonal events but that didn’t seem to help either. After the fight she can be recruited and romanced as well as talking like we’ve been to the castle. Are there any ways to prevent it or do I just have to wait for it to be patched?

Any ways to prevent it? I guess I can sprint straight for the castle on day one and try to meet her that way. All her dialogue options were fleshed out so I assumed that she was bugged.
