So, I was trying to unlock the CGs in the gallery but I don't know how to make the different attires that your companions use to show up there, like cait's witch outfit. I thought you had to look at the character menu in the journal but still nothing.

Though I dont think you can get the Cait ones if shes been Leothied, unless that has been fixed.
