After noticing the recently updated busts of Evelyn and Quin, I was thinking of submitting some art for either older characters who could use an update or for encounters that don't have any art yet or give them alt forms. I'm wanting to know if, A ) that's acceptable, B ) if there are any sort of guidelines that should be followed like there are for coded submissions, and C ) if art submissions are acceptable, if there's a way to know who already has new art being worked on so as to not step on toes or provide too many variants.
