Are we able to find Minerva's lost daughter?

So while I was messing around with the save editor, I found the flag

"MINERVA_FOUND_LOST_SHARKGIRL"

But I couldn't find it in the source code, maybe I missed it so here I ask, can we actually find the shark-girl, is it implemented?
