You can see the available scenes on the wiki; from a quick skim it doesn’t seem like there’s any win scenes for just lesbian sex. You can have them service you, but that involves all three and there’s always one male; the other options to have sex with girls only require a penis.

Wait actually also looking at the wiki it looks like the "Fuck Them" scene for Win Sex lets you pick just 1 rat and have sex with them? Is that not correct?

Yes I've seen that, it just says "The PC will be able to have sex with some of the mice" without specifying if you get a choice or what the choice is or anything, so I don't know if the event leads to sweet lesbian lovin' or some het I don't wanna touch.
There is no pure lesbianism involved. You can have girls to yourself if you have a penis.
It's likely that only the half-Rodenian will have anything for pure F/F. There's really not much you can do with the full Rodenians themselves.
Okay let me clarify here. I'm trans. My character in this game has both a penis and a hardlight strapon. I still consider any sex I/my character is having with a girl lesbian sex, so just to clear up what I meant by this, the fact that my character, who is a girl, can have sex with another girl, is all I was trying to figure out. I'm also trying to understand if that's true in the Christmas event, or if I can't have sex with just one of the girls, if I can avoid having sex with any of the rats during the Christmas event.
Well, in the standard Rat's Raiders content you have the Win Scene [Fuck Them]. This lines up all three rats in doggystyle, and you can choose which ones you want to fuck. If you do it to the group with the half-Rodenian Girl, then you could just have her and ignore the others. There's even a 'Round Two' option.
There are two sex scenes in the Christmas event. [Fuck Claes], and [Lap Ride]. The latter is for riding one of the boys. The former lets you flip the half-Rodenian girl over the table and screw her. However, you will also have sex with one of the Rodenians afterward.
Claes and one of the Rodenians seems like just fine for me then right? Claes is a girl as are both of the Rodenians.
