Are there any saurmorian transformation Items?

I know that there is the suit on Poe A, but I did that a long time ago in game and I want to make sure I keep looking like a saurmorian, but I can't find any items for this anywhere.

Only the costume at this time. Aulama has written up a TF doc, unsure how complete it is. That's about it.
