So as I recall in Warlock of Boobs you are an apprentice summoner working towards the goal of summoning a succubus. Though there wasn't any actual summoning yet the last time I played it.

There are both male and female (and a few hermaphrodite) variants to each monster type, though most of the male variants tend to look like flat versions of the female ones.
This may quite possibly be the most tragic thing I've ever read.
It's something of a practical issue, it's usually one base portrait with several variants, but a few of them do have separate male designs even if it's just giving them a slightly different head shape or markings.
There are so many species and even hybrid species that have portrait variants for breast and penis size that it would double the need for artwork to give each one two base portraits so I can forgive the effort to homogenize the look of them somewhat.

If you don't mind Modern Fantasy the original Fate/stay night was about summoning and had lots of porno scenes in it. (its a bit hard to find the original. but if you get the untranslated realtanua you can apply a fan translation that restores them) (realtanua is the non porn version)
