Hey everyone I’m kinda new to posting here so I’m sorry if I posted in the wrong place. Anyway as the title says are people still allowed to commission authors? And if you can how exactly do you contact them?

not sure what makes you think you wouldn't be allowed to. you contact them however they make themselves available to be contacted, whether that is on the forums, on discord, or on their own patreons/subscribestars/etc
Thanks! Also I wasn’t too sure, because under the commission thread all the writers commissions say they are closed
