Any ideas for when past content will be re-added to the JS update?

Depends on your definitions. Most of it is 'in', technically, but not accessible because it's extremely buggy. I know they're working on Myrellion and sometimes further when a problem comes up with a specific function referenced in multiple places.
They'll let us on later planets when they're deemed stable enough. No, I don't know when that will be.

No, there's no set schedule. The code monkeys are hard at work but the sheer GIRTH of content makes things somewhat time consuming to convert.

On the one hand, Backers can go to New Texas. On the other, last I heard, Haley hadn't been properly converted yet. Hopefully it will be made accessible to the Public soon. It's not a very big area.
Edit: 0.69.420 -PUBLIC#1268 enables the New Texas e-mail, but not the location. For whatever reason.
