If you're referring to the new tf related perk, it's Draconic Matriarch! It can only be gotten if you give Viv 9 ashen leaf for the tf

There are many; Corrupted Dragonsblood will give you several corrupted perks, different cosmetic TFs, and will of course give you Corruption on use.

how do you get the matriarch one? i only seem to get the fertility+ from it.

ah, i figured it out. you must be fertile to be able to get it.
