Anthro cats?

So unlike the ausar, lupine are anthropomorphic wolves, and this raised my hopes for catfolk, but Cait and Catfolk PC's seem to be just humans with cat ears/tails, much like the kaithrit in TITS. This is mildly disappointing, and I wanted to ask if any catfolk pre-TF's will be actual anthro cats?

Catfolk pre-TF are what Cait and others look like. If there’s full cats then they’ll likely be a new species.

Huh, that's pretty disappointing... Well, until full-cats show up at least. There's no way that isn't happening
