Hey was playing this game on laptop years ago. What app plays this on android phone? I have tested like 30 apps and no luck.

The game just comes packaged as a .apk file you download.

That said, might want to just wait for the upcoming JavaScript port. Should be soon, and will allow playing in browsers again.
