Android Download Issues

I've recently got a new device and tried to download CoC with little success. While the app was able to be installed, I am unable to open the app. A message appears saying that the app is made for older version of Android and may not be playable. Is there a way to fix this?

Older device was on Android 5.1.1, while my newest one is on Android 11.

I'm having the same problem. Looks like a few other threads about the problem too, If anyone figures out a work around to make it playable on Android again that'd be swell.
