I was browsing through the maebari tag on danbooru when I wondered if something similar was possible in TiTS. Whether by by an accessory item like a maebari or perhaps an extra perk from the Buttslutinator, would it be possible to have sex scenes that have vaginal penetration into anal penetration, or vice-versa? I don't know how the coding for TiTS works, but would it be as simple as having a perk that calls up anus descriptors instead of vagina descriptors? I have an anal only Steele as my main PC so I'm looking for more opportunities to get dick in her ass (aren't we all?).

Then just change the parser calls. They're under Creature.as; just change all the vagina descriptions to their ass counterparts. Should take you like 2 minutes tops.
