1) Errors caused by stuffing around with the dev console or save-editing and causing things to break aren't really bugs with the game.
2) Even if you have found something report-worthy, that save is fifteen bytes, it's completely useless for anyone trying to figure out what you've done or why it's caused the code to divide by zero. Maybe if you have a before save and can say exactly what you did in the console, it would be something people could actually check to see if it's a reproduceable error.
