Assuming you're not on the Corruption path, then for Amily when she's still in the ruins, you might need to be a Herm for her to accept it, as it's propositioned to her as an "increased efficiency" by having both of you pregnant at the same time. Otherwise, if she's already moved into your camp, I honestly have no idea, she should just take what you give her that she accepts, up to her designated limits for each item.
