I've been getting the perk Sexy Thinking from the Amazon Treatment variant 100% of the time and I don't want it, but I don't know what is causing it.

it's an automatic thing that comes with the treatment, drinking Amazona tea might be what you should do.
It's an automatic thing oddly enough, I just used it on one of my chars and got sexy thinking, don't know why because in the wiki it's not listed under the amazon section.
My character that went through the amazon treatment a while back certainly doesn't have it and I haven't bothered with editing traits or the like on her. So Fen either decided it needed to change to this at some point or it's a bug.
Considering we're stuck on patch version .7.x until the space combat gets finished I honestly think he's going through and tweaking and fiddling with so many things just because he gets bored of doing NPCs so if this change was intentionally made it wouldn't surprise me.
