Am I the only one who adds on a second minor background to their PCs?

For example, I plan a female PC who is based off of Eilonwy from The Black Cauldron, but her background is going to be Arcanist (as a reference to the original Chronicles Of Prydain). However, I will pretend that she (secretly) came from a noble bloodline. Similarly, I also plan a fem PC thief who draws from the Neverwinter Nights mod "A Dance With Rogues". Her background will be Slum Rat, BUT, in my headcanon, she is the illegimate unknown daughter of a noble.

I want to know if I'm not the only one. But I also like hearing about y'all's PCs!

Oh sure, I make a bunch of different story's for my character's when I'm choosing they're background. I know the game isn't open ended enough to accommodate for every idea in my head, but it's nice to think about from time to time.
