I've never actually played any Text Based RPGs until I found out about Curruption of champions, Played that for a bit and had my fun but then I saw Tainted Space... And I tried it out and I love the game.. Not just because if its.... *clears throat* "interesting" character designs but the gameplay and world is quite interesting.. Now I'll admit it... I get a bit light headed after reading so much xD  so I tend to skip a little.. But I can't seem to advance very far.. I get the 4 main planets after finding the first pod.. but when I try and advance any further I either die or  just don't know where to go?..

I started a new game.. This is it.. I'm going to destroy this game.. I got level 3 on the first planet and crushed Dan or whatever his name is under my fucking boot.. Fuck that guy... and I crushed basically every other monster.. I went to Takrus. And talked to Anno

She game me a mission that I've actually never seen before. I was like.. Lets fuck them up... But when I got into the room, I took one stop and ran into 3 robots.. I shocked them and got rid of one of their shields instantly and I wasn't even touched

Too Ez Bby I was thinking... Then I took another shot. and got instantly killed xD  I've been coming back every day trying to advance but every place I go just ends up killing me sooner or later.

I was wondering if I could get some advice, I went to the Wiki but was so confused.. So many... things....

Also can any direct me to the second Pods :D

Just need some advice of where to progress so I stop walking into the wrong areas and instantly Dying :p

Yeah the group combat is a bitch, you gotta use your AOE ability on that first wave of robots. You also gotta grind a bit more than lv 3 to deal with Tarkus.

Second pod is available after doing a quest on the bottom right of the map on Tarkus. Which you shouldn't attempt until 5+.

Git gud.

...But really though. Level up some more. Try investing in some better weaponry and armor. Tanis bow is a good way to start if you´re going for ranged weapons. You can get it if you have a primitive bow equipped and train enough times with him.

If you´re going for ranged weapons you would want to raise your aim. If melee is your thing get better physique.

The second pod can be find in Tarkus at Shekka´s shop after completing the Stellar Tether mission. (The mission on Tarkus where you have to stop pirates from blowing up the planet)

Saving is important. I tend to have multiple saves in case I regret my choices.

If you're not purging the unclean, you are playing it wrong.

Hey now, no need to go Exterminatus on the xeno's, some of them aren't heretics!

Let's try not to follow the example of 40K.  Ever.  Especially not in a porn game.

Warhammer Fantasy then? At least in that one different races can get along without trying to murder each other.... well most of the time.

To be fair, races can get along without trying to murder each other in w40k.

Given that there is someone else to beat on, or money is involved.

The problem is that everything wants to kill/fuck/enslave/mind-fuck/soul-fuck/eat the souls of humans in W40k, so their paranoia is justifiable.
