The crude savicite jewelry item description ends with "or in the hands of an expert, they may find this item's true value", is this a hint for a way to get more for them, or is it just flavor text?

You can trade them to Kiona for Savicite, which can be traded for better/non-crude jewelry or sold.

Note: The logic is currently bugged and deletes any existing Savicite in your inventory.
The devs are aware.
