currently the only way to negate the massive 70% penalty to reflexes and evasion the bulky belly debuff gives you is to either use the thraggen harness, a black leather harness covered in spikes, or to not engage in pregnancy or inflation content at all.
more methods to deal with this other than "dont interact with a large amount of the games content" and a clothing item that doesn't fit the style of most charactors would be a good idea.
I think just adding the thraggen harnesses belly weight reduction effect to a lot more things would help massively, especially as the description of the thraggen harness suggests there should be alternatives.
I think the antigravity hardlight items, hardlight upgrade, and synthetic womb should gain the effect.
