Probably Not A Bug - All Black Void weak to EMP

This may or may not be a bug, but given that I think Black Void troopers are supposed to just be organics in body armor, it is odd that they are stunned by EMP grenades.

In fact, everything I fought in Kara's side quest dungeon was weak to them, including Dr. Khan.

The drones make sense, Amara makes sense, she's in power armor, even the behemoth I think is in power armor and makes sense.

But Dr. Khan and the regular Black Void grunts being stunned by EMP really looks like it's a bug.

I could swear there's a lot it doesn't. I'll test some more enemies, but that's interesting. Really ups the power of EMP grenades.

Edit: That seems to be so. Works on the Tarrach in Mhen'ga. I guess that means working as intended.

I didn't realize how powerful these things are.
