I've tried out this content with two Champs and while one who's both been to Dracia and completed Teatime for Dragons gets the expanded text for having heard the story and for knowing an actual dragon when the relevant book is read (and when testing on an older save, gets the Dracia expansion on its own), the one who's only done Teatime doesn't get the Ashe variation to appear.
