As stated in the title as recently the 'Milky' perk has been added to the character creation of an Wyld Elf as an new Wyld Mark option, you could get it ingame aswell by getting an 'Wylde Vine' and mix it with an 'Sweat Cream' reagent wich currently doesn't exist as an possible alchemy combination option so so to be able to adquire it ingame through the 'Milky Wyld Mark'.
Adding the 'Milky' Sexual Perk in the Wyld Wine transformation list of possibilities in the Milk section of Body Target as an Milky Wyld Mark.
