For the first time in all my times playing CoC I decided to look at the Achievements. Many where typical achievements you would find like explore here for this and what not, but when I reached the "Population" tab and looked at those I was dumbfounded! The last three seem impossible to me, like camp pop. of 2 I get that, 5, 10, 25 not that serious......then I saw 100, 250, and the craziest of 500......how on earth do you get even 100 camp followers!

It's probably not followers but the children that the PC can have. In other words have enough children with the different followers so that your overall camp population is 100/250/500 etc.
