achievement OMG HI! NOON not unlocking

whether i win or lose against tarah it wont unlock. i have tried with and with out party members, her winning by doing nothing and surrendering to her nothing works.

i am using the steam version: 0.8.25. the console just says it failes to load recource: net: : ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND.Skärmbild 2026-03-14 175508.png
