accupitch collar not even showing up

accupitch collar isn't showing up and none of my characters have taken it, seems something went wrong with it between 9.099 and 9.098 it is showing up by downgrading. Its also doing some weird stuff when going up to 9.099 after activating the content for vag/no penis pcs as shown in screen 53

Hopefully fixed for the next release. The genital checks were off but should now be corrected.
